- Reporting directly to the Inside Technical Sales Lead and liaising with other relevant departments
- Managing client’s portfolio and territory independently
- Using up-selling and cross selling techniques, to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Plan and implement a regional strategy with the Inside Technical Sales Lead
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Dealing with Customer and Clients over a phone, emails and face to face when appropriate
- Promoting the benefits of using products and services and presenting features of the product effectively
- Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within a sales environment desirable
- Biochemistry or Chemistry Graduate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Articulate, dynamic and target-driven individual
- IT skills (MS Office Package)
