You’ll learn everything there is to know about delivering outstanding customer service. You will have the chance to develop insight into our business and will gain a strong grounding of expertise in your role.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to customers
- Use bespoke IT software to carry out your day-to-day job
- Place customer orders and assist with promotional items/POS
- Create delivery schedules
- Process installation requests and repairs for customers
- Manage and process any customer returns
- Complete monthly reporting
- Manage the Thatchers Cider Shop – both customer-facing and any administration
- Help with packaging online sales to go out to customers
