Job Description

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. You'll lead and coach a high-performing sales team that uses sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. In this role, you’ll lead relationships and sales engagement with high potential small businesses from all industries and business models in the market. You’ll enable your team to always reach ambitious revenue and productivity goals.

  • Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
  • Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, and grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent tracking.
  • Model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a sales leader directing account management teams.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to own sales team operations, portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution.
  • Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for selling with a drive to innovate, with solid communication skills and the ability to be personable yet persistent.
