Job Description
The role will focus on customer service excellence to build on a highly valuable customer base. You will be the first point of contact for many of our medium sized business customers and for introducing and closing qualified opportunities.
- Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to new market verticals.
- Build strong customer service excellence amongst our existing clients through diligent account management.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, recommend and implement action plans.
- Build a strong pipeline both from your base and from leads generated by and for you.
- Making and receiving calls and ensuring excellent control and management through to contract signing.
- Support and engage in effective marketing campaigns and events to increase opportunities, build pipelines and close sales.
- Handle escalated customer queries or issues by providing advice and supporting the sales operations team
- Actively participate and contribute to the development of the level 2 sales specialist team.
- Engage and network with wider sales, presales, service delivery and technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, and present sales reports on a weekly basis.
- Update and maintain all engagements via Salesforce.
- Attendance and participate in all team meetings.
- Support team members on a day to day basis to ensure the lead generation is efficient and flawless.
- Lead and assist on any projects where necessary.
- To carry out all tasks within Company policies and procedures which are updated from time to time
- Adherence to the Group’s performance management process and objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
- To continually represent the company with honesty, integrity and good presentation.
