• The role of the Digital Account Manager entails being responsible for the digital planning and execution of digital activity across a varied and exciting client portfolio.
• As the lead on the day to day contact for digital, you will work closely with the rest of the client team to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and plans.
• You will also collaborate with the specialist digital teams (Programmatic, Social, Search and Campaign Management) to activate digital activity.
• As part of your role, you will also educate junior members of the team in digital channels, implementation and processes so they progress as integrated planners.
• You will work closely with our Digital Account Director and the client team leads who will give guidance, support and ensure your continued learning and development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least 2 years agency experience, with a key focus on Digital Media
• Competence in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and relevant media tools
• Strong team players with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and your team
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and understanding
• Attention to detail and rigour
• Good presentation skills
