Job Description
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, plan, implement and achieve the agreed sales targets and profit budgets.
  • Implement category initiatives/bespoke promotions to maximise sales in the account base.
  • Manage our existing channel customers and build strong strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business sales opportunities.
  • Support instore training with key customers.
  • Feedback trends and opportunities from customer meetings, sales events and key market visits.
  • Manage and report on key metrics to track progress and adjust the plan as needed to deliver results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets and objectives.
  • Ideally have consumer distribution experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, organisation and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Versatile, self-motivated and results driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database etc.
  • Full clean driving licence.
