Job Description
You'll participate in a shift and standby Rota, maintain accurate up-to-date information about changes within the business and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- Managing contact throughout the journey of customer incidents
- Helping to manage call volumes by handling a variety of operational enquiries and complaints over the phone during busy periods and via live chat and sms
- Checking customer satisfaction by completing customer experience surveys via telephone or sms and acting upon any negative feedback
- Working as part of a team and actively contributing to its success.
