Job Description

You’ll answer calls and customer contacts via our internal systems providing advice on services as well as technical support for customers experiencing problems with our app or portal by raising tickets with our IT teams to resolve. You can make a real difference by maintaining a great journey for our customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • We’ll provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm and passion for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’ll have a natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability and positive, can do attitude.
  • Comfortable and confident dealing with 40-60 calls and member queries on a daily basis.
  • Self-discipline and motivation are essential as this role is likely to have an element of working from home.
