Job Description
  • Onboarding new customers and partners, including project management for GTM and technical integration
  • Engaging employers and persuading them to market Payday to their employees
  • Implementing a process to priorities and manage customer requests
  • Implementing a system to document and communicate product feedback to relevant teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Build and maintain internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams to reference including self-service instructions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience developing trusted relationships with new clients and serving as a consultant
  • Undergraduate degree educated
  • 2-3 year’s experience in account management / customer success
  • Expertise in project managing launch and GTM plans with clients
  • Expertise in launching employee outreach campaigns and educating employees in benefits or wellbeing
  • Experience working in early wage access or employer benefits space
  • Possess awareness of SMB/Enterprise Sales cycles and to be able to have the agility for key logo clients
  • STEM background
