Job Description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You will drive overall business growth of our managed our Customer Solutions agencies. You will focus on strengthening long-term relationships with our agencies, driving scalable product adoption, and growing across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts.  We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

  • Work towards strategic goals on business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to our agency partners.
  • Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • Manage and develop relationships, from executives to account management teams.
  • Build compelling, data-driven, long-term agency plans and deliver them to bring the best of our partnerships. Synchronize plans with internal cross-functional teams to further develop partnerships and organize marketing events.
  • Work with a team of key account managers to drive success among customer opportunities and grow agency and customers' business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology, or media company, managing executive relationships.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Experience meeting strategic goals within a sales portfolio, and employing sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling.
  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to influence others, especially agency partners, through relationship building, thought leadership, and reliable solution recommendation.
