You would have full responsibility for ensuring the customer has a positive experience from the moment they have exchanged contracts on their new home. You will also directly manage a recently appointed Customer Relations Executive and ensure the team runs efficiently.
You’ll be keeping them informed on construction progress, while also arranging visits to their new home as it is being built. In advance of completion, you will also conduct a home demonstration so they know how everything works. This is a pivotal period when customers are excited and full of anticipation – you’ll make the process smooth and reassuring at every step.
You’ll work with the Site Management team to ensure any minor snags that crop up with all new buildings are quickly and efficiently resolved in line with the customer’s warranty. Our aim is for every one of our customers to feel so satisfied they recommend us to their friends.
You will not only be delivering a service to the customer but helping to build on an important function for our business. You’ll come on board and will be critical in developing the systems and processes needed to enable you to work effectively. We have commenced developing these tools and systems and are keen to see you drive this forward with our team.
We’re looking to find an organized, empathetic and dedicated individual who will guide customers right from the moment they pay their deposit until they are established members of the new community we are building. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills who understands what matters to each and every customer and can adapt their approach accordingly.
The successful candidate will almost certainly have experience of a similar frontline customer engagement role. They will also want to grow and develop alongside our business and the new neighborhood we are building. In time there is every opportunity to grow your own team and lead a vital business unit.
