Job Description

Your focus will be on assisting in the planning, organizing and delivery of agreed engagement and involvement activities and initiatives. The role will also support the administration of the complaints management process, in terms of effective logging of complaints, tracking of responses and any escalations, recording outcomes and collating the required information to enable learning from complaints and wider complaints reporting. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a customer focused and fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in the planning, organizing and delivery of agreed engagement and involvement activities and initiatives. 
  • Provide support to resident and community engagement activities by arranging meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments. 
  • Assisting with the production of leaflets, posters and associated publicity of engagement and feedback activities.
  • Support the administration of the complaints management process, in terms of effective logging of complaints, tracking of responses and any escalations, recording outcomes and collating the required information to enable learning from complaints and wider complaints reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience with providing administrative services to a high standard.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
