Acting as the first point of contact for all queries coming into the HR Inbox, either responding or escalating as appropriate
Supporting the recruitment process by creating contracts and offer letters, completing references, and creating staff profiles on our HR System
Undertaking departmental audits, ensuring that we adhere to processes and legal compliance
Supporting monthly payroll with timely and accurate data and analysis
You will have ownership of the processes you manage, and we welcome your ideas to improve the service we deliver. You are probably already in an HR or Service admin role at the moment. You are also used to keeping a few plates spinning, whilst always being professional and courteous. You may be looking to expand your professional experience and build a bit more variety into your day-to-day work. This role will suit you if you have good attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide a great service.
