Job Description

You will have oversight of the end-to-end Annual Financial Statements process for our datacenter entities, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive a best-in-class process.

• Oversight of end-to-end Annual Financial Statements process supporting compliant on-time filings for datacenter entities
• Responsible for ensuring new datacenter entities are on boarded into central support model (through out-sourced provider) appropriately in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Partnering with key business personnel to ensure statutory processes and controls for onboarding new datacenters are designed and operating effectively.
• Your partners include Corporate teams (Accounting, Treasury and Legal) as well as from the datacenter business (MSIO) and other statutory finance professionals.
• Full oversight of out-sourced provider’s central team and processes for datacenter entities and ensures adherence to global standard processes where applicable.
• Review performance of out-sourced provider to ensure quality service and continuous process improvement.
• Escalation point for local Stat & Tax controllers for entities in this scope and supporting issue resolution for this process.
