Job Description

Reserve List for Part-Time/Full-Time, Permanent/Temporary Posts which will last 6 months. At the present time a blend of home and office working is in place and this will remain under review.

 

  • Previous experience dealing with confidential information
  • Previous experience arranging meetings and booking appointments
  • Previous experience in performing calculations, producing and analyzing statistics.
  • Previous experience of minute taking
  • Proven experience in the use of MS Windows 10 and MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
6 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent including GCSE Math and English (Grade A-C) And Two years experience working as an administration/clerical assistant in a busy office environment.
