Key Responsibilities:
Delivering administrative support to the CCL function including tasks such as preparation of documents, PowerPoint presentations
Calendar management
Travel booking and expense reporting using the Concur system
Creating and managing purchase orders
Greeting guests/visitors
Event support and coordination
Ordering supplies and arranging shipments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2+ years' experience in an administrative role. Great administrative skills. Experience using Microsoft programs. Thrives in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment. Works well under timelines. Flexible and adaptable to change. Proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table. Team player. Relationship building skills.
