Main responsibilities

• Delivery of a range of training to a diverse workforce
• Travel to regional hubs in the UK to deliver training
• Working with the senior HR and L&D team to develop L&D programmes across the business
• Building and managing relationships with external training providers
• Delivery of a management development programme

Requirements

The client are looking for an all round L&D professional who would relish the opportunity of a hands on L&D role. Experience of both delivery and development of L&D strategy is important.

The candidate will need to be able to travel to regional hubs across the UK on a regular basis.
