Job Description

The role is responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to the Global Experience Manager. You will support the study abroad scheme for American students studying in the UK, including programme administration and event administration. You will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day student and faculty queries, including Canvas (Virtual Learning Environment) administration and the onboarding and off boarding processes for students.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will coordinate departmental meetings, including liaising with counterparts at the partnership institution, minute taking and following up on actions. You will collaborate with the Global Experience Team to develop and implement an effective communication strategy and plan and create engaging and creative content for social media channels.
