Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Providing personal assistance to the Hub Director and Project Managers
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries and requests regarding the Hub
  • Establishing and day-to-day running of the new Teaching School Hub
  • Website maintenance, communication, course bookings, invoicing and financial tracking
  • Creating an effective social media presence and marketing the work of the hub to schools across our area
  • Developing, designing and distributing promotional materials
  • Supporting the work of the hub in providing outstanding professional development opportunities for all staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must be an experienced administrator who is flexible, adaptable and able to priorities tasks, often working under pressure. You must have excellent communication and marketing skills with an ability to work collaboratively, establishing networks across a wide range of organizations.
