Job Description

Our Service Administrators will support our Service Teams ensuring the administrative and processes are met on a daily basis. Working within the Service team, this role will deal with customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these info firm bookings. This role will ensure the highest levels of customer relations, ensuring that the dealership retains repeat custom.

The Service Administrator we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 12 months’ administration experience within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
