We’re looking for a super organized Communications Assistant to support our fast-moving publicity and marketing team.
You will be the first point of contact for incoming queries from journalists. You will be writing press releases and coordinating mailings and will provide administrative support to the rest of the team. You will coordinate meeting agendas, organize travel arrangements and create presentations, as well as processing invoices and expenses. You will work closely and collaboratively with our colleagues in editorial, sales and production to ensure our campaigns continue to be the best in class. What you can expect from us:
