The post holder will manage and monitor the service area performance objectives and targets for the service; and establish effective performance management systems and schedules in relation to both clinical and non-clinical activity.
You will be resilient and reliable, have a proven track record of organizational and excellent communications skills and be able to work to fixed deadlines. You will be dealing with people at all levels (internal and external), developing teamwork and meeting tight deadlines.
