We are looking for an individual to provide support to our busy fee earners, enabling them to achieve the best results for their clients.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Telephone enquiries from new and existing clients
Diary management for fee earners
Processing of letters, file notes etc.
Preparation of Court Bundles
Submitting Legal Aid Applications
Open files on case management system, and ensuring files are compliant with department protocols
Attending clients, Counsel, and other third parties both in person and on the telephone.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must have: A minimum of a standard (or equivalent) pass in GCSE English and Math. Client facing skills – friendly, confident manner; Competency in the use of Microsoft applications. Strong organizational abilities. Basic understanding of the legal profession.
