This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified IT Auditor who will play a pivotal role in helping us grow and develop our IT and digital assurance capabilities; as part of a team with an ambitious change plan whilst supporting company’s businesses in managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform risk-based audits and assessments for company’s technology and e-commerce activities to provide an appropriate level of assurance to the company Group Audit Committee and Kingfisher IT Board
• Establish and maintain a collaborative and consultative relationship with key stakeholders across IT, Customer & Digital and business leadership teams
• Support the development & implementation of tools to analyze data to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the delivery of the Internal Audit Change Plan and its ongoing continuous improvement strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

CISA/CISM Certified / Equivalent accounting or technology qualifications considered. Solid understanding of Technology controls and e-commerce retail operating processes. Previous experience in IT Audit / internal controls / risk management including delivering assignments and reports- preferably within the Retail industry or with the Big 4. Experience working within multiple technology domains - including Cloud Services, Windows, Unix, SAP and Oracle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to gain the respect and attention of different levels of management. Initiative, resilience and proactivity, working alongside a diverse and high-performing team. Teamwork & collaboration – able to build effective relationships with peers outside own team. Decision making – A forward thinker, able to solve problems with creative and pragmatic ideas, making sound judgments based on balancing any operational risks against the impact (or benefit) to the customer. Understanding of Project and Programme governance. Experience / understanding of Agile (SAFe) working practices.
