Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for a Billing Accounts Assistant for a professional services firm offices on the outskirts of Crawley.

Duties will include but not limit too:

  • Managing the sales and purchase ledgers, including reconciliations, postings and payments
  • Processing of Billing
  • BACS/CHAPS payments
  • Bank Account reconciliation
  • Checking Bills and Completion Statements
  • Credit Control
  • Supporting the accounts team with general administration of accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1-2 years of relevant billing/accounts experience. Experience within F/S, Insurance, Legal, Accountancy Practice would be desirable. AAT qualification (desirable). Experience with a range of accounting systems. Can work within a fast-paced environment and a part of a team.
