Daily customer delivery schedule, liaising with customers, creating relevant paperwork
Input daily/weekly production figures, run reports for managers
Purchase order processing, receipting of goods
Dealing with customer/suppliers
Accurate stock control – daily & weekly stock checks & reconciliation
Material requirements for factory, issue materials
Run reports on IT System
Update Factory Notice Boards as required
Daily contact with production, warehouse colleagues
Any other ad hoc administration duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you need to succeed : At least 2 years’ experience gained within a similar role/industry. Experience of managing and developing relationships internal and external customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced & high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge/experience of continuous improvement initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis. Good organization skills. Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
