Job Description
  • Creating and leading a global Colleague Engagement agenda across all of Portfolio Execution
  • Leading the Colleague Engagement forum and team of volunteers
  • Working with the rest of the Change Capability team and SLT to develop and execute the Communications strategy and plan
  • Writing stories on CIB tech achievements to be shared with board level executives
  • Leading the internal Cultural Improvement agenda
  • Working in partnership with the SLT and external stakeholders to priorities and develop the BoW
  • Overseeing each of the internal colleague engagement activities and projects and helping to unblock issues
  • Owning, writing and publishing the monthly Gazette (internal newsletter)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we’re looking for: Experience with devising and leading colleague engagement activities across a global team. Excellent understanding of communications strategy and style, as well as adapting communication style for different audiences. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including experience of writing internal communications. Ability to influence and manage colleagues outside of the team at all levels, as well as confidence in working with and presenting to large and senior audiences. Experience creating and leading training courses. Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites. Hands of experience of Change projects.
