A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our Glasgow based client who are looking to add to their growing finance team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is essential that you have experience working as an Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant within a finance team and will ideally be working towards your ACCA qualification. You should be comfortable in most accountancy tasks including purchase & sales invoicing, bank reconciliations as well as all month end processes. It is also essential that you have experience producing monthly management accounts. The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter and will be eager to develop their career. Experience using all Microsoft packages as well as Microsoft Navision Accounting is required. SAGE would be highly beneficial however not essential. Experience: Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
