Job Description
We are currently looking for a Veterinary Practice Administrator to work alongside our Practice Manager to help deal with the increasing administration work. This is a full time or part time role working Monday to Friday with a share of the Saturday rota. Flexibility will be required when holiday and sickness cover are required.
Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
· Invoicing
· Managing emails
· Dealing with client enquiries
· Report generating
· Payroll
· Handling client enquiries

Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:
Processing payments
Billing
Payroll
Purchasing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Recent administration experience within a professional setting. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Computer literate. Motivated. Organized. Confident to work on their own initiative. The right person will enjoy working with all our team, to help keep a high standard of communication to our clients and provide the best care possible for our clients and their pets. Experience: Veterinary Practice: 1 year (required)
