Job Description

This particular role focuses on supporting the customer's installation journey by making contact with the customer and identifying clearly through discussion and pictures the access and egress routes, ground conditions any variances in height or narrowing of access routes ensuring a smooth and safe installation and set-up.

The role is critical within our process as it constitutes our installers Risk Assessment and allows our logistics and install teams to carefully plan installs.

Key to your success will be your customer-centric mind-set and your natural inquisitive nature that allows you to think outside the box, as you ask the right questions and gain further information to ensure a smooth install.

You will be detailed, organized and have strong communication skills that naturally allows you to build relationships quickly with the ability to decipher quickly and accurately the information required.

Contract length: 6 months
