Job Description
Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday working may be required)
Between 8am & 6pm (40 hours per week)
Salary is negotiable
21 days holiday increasing to 25 dependent on service

Duties will include:
· Taking inbound calls.
· Respond promptly within service level guidelines to customer e-mails and Live chat
· Input customer related data accurately and efficiently
· Maintaining and updating back office programs
