Main Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Working with the rest of the business to deliver its core purpose and cultural values
Achieving and exceeding individual business targets
Mentoring and training new starters within the team
Building effective relationships with our partner practices
Contacting our current and potential clients to ensure we have their correct client information and identify whether they require our services
Build relationships with clients
Book appointments into legal advisors diaries
Handling incoming calls from existing and new clients
Updating/maintaining databases accurately
Following standard Right Will processes when booking appointments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent attention to detail. Motivated. Excellent organization. Good use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Fully aware of the Right Will process. Strong and natural communicator. Professional personal presentation. Initiative. Reliability. Flexible and driven to achieve & exceed targets and KPI's. Building effective relationships over the phone and in person with clients and colleagues. Excellent customer service/care. Enthusiastic.
