They work a lot with the German market and are looking for a German-speaking customer care advisor to work, Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm

What will the job involve?
Taking customer queries by phone and email
Sorting out their problems – typical problems could be a missing order, or a refund not being returned to the customer yet etc.
Dealing with UK and US customers also
Providing a first-class experience to customers in Germany, the UK and the US

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
C1 or native level German. An interest in customer service. Ideally experience in customer service. A driving license would be preferable due to the location but not essential. Language: German (Preferred).
