As Customer Services Executive you will be responsible for:
Handling print requirements for a full range of self-adhesive labels
Estimating
Raising job tickets
Planning jobs and overseeing through the factory
Communicating with various departments and the client, where required, to ensure successful production of jobs as estimated

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this position, you will have: Packaging experience. A background in labels, Flexo ideally, but litho print will also be considered. Good estimating skills. MIS experience. Enthusiasm for customer service and client development. IT skills to include Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred). Experience: Customer service/label printing: 1 year (Preferred).
