Your primary focus will be to deliver a complete administration service and exceptional customer service to our pension clients using your experience in financial services administration to support your colleagues.
Key to success will be your need to put the customer at the Centre of everything that you do, your attention to detail, your drive for continuous improvement and your communication skills.
Key Accountabilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service by responding to all customer enquiries completely and accurately within the standards set by the company.
• Adopting the 'Treating Customers Fairly' principles to ensure they are at the heart of all you say and do.
• Delivering a ‘Right First Time’ approach to ensure a reduction in the cost of rework, errors and compensation
• Delegate and allocate workloads as required.
• Train new members of the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Who you are and the experience we’re looking for: Experience in financial services administration in either a Pensions or Platform. environment including experience with SIPP or SSAS, preferably in a client facing role Knowledge of CASS client money rules. Strong background in administration including training and leading junior staff. Demonstrates an organized, methodical and logical approach to administration tasks. Flexibility to be able to adapt to changing demands. Able to multi-task and work to meet deadlines under pressure, maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Proactive and capable of delegation and workload allocation. Exceptional team and client relationship skills, especially with a proficient and polite phone manner. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Highly competent in all Microsoft Office operating systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
