Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a student to undertake a work placement within our flagship Student Services Centre, working within a lively and vibrant team that strives to provide the best possible support and service to Customers presenting with a wide variety of enquiries and needs.

This role will involve working and liaising with University staff, as well as coordinating and helping to implement a number of projects/processes within the Student Services Centre’s including:

  • Customer Service Excellence Award
  • Programme of customer satisfaction measurement
  • Developing the existing social media channels and driving increased user interaction
  • Identifying service areas for continuous improvement
  • Marketing and promotion of our services
  • Contributing to the monthly SSC analytical reports

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to complete tasks to deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.

As a professional, pro-active and self-motivated individual, the ability to use your initiative and priorities your own workload is essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
