We are looking for people who love speaking with and helping customers every day. There are no sales in this role, just simply the expectation to deliver excellent customer service, whilst working within a friendly office environment.
The main responsibility of the role is to take ownership for customer’s accounts and queries through various communication channels. Recording relevant data on the in-house system and managing installations through to completion and aftercare, whilst achieving company-wide SLAs.
In return we are offering our Customer Services Advisor a starting salary of £8.91 per hour with incremental increases gained through experience and a tailored training programme.
