Job Description

You will be responsible for learning new software processes set out by the Software Process Engineer and implementing these processes across the business (for sites in the UK and EU). The processes will be adhering to strict standards/guidelines, so it is important to have a strong understanding of company. You will be expected to act as the internal coach, guiding and teaching the necessary engineers (software, systems, tests, project managers etc.) the new and improved software development process plans.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with customers, suppliers and various engineers/managers in different departments.
• The ability to coach and teach new process throughout a business through presentations/meetings etc.
• Dealing with different personalities when it comes to implementing change
• Having the ability to understand quality assurance of a process
• Experience in following strict standards/guidelines
• Extensive software knowledge
