Job Description

The company offers excellent benefits which include free car parking, working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 -16.30, if you have excellent customer service skills, worked within a heavy customer focused role taking incoming calls and worked in a commercial office environment with intermediate level in Word, Outlook and Excel, this could be the ideal role for you.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing first line support for all their issues and queries. This will be primarily, but not exclusively, through our telephone support channel.
You will be responsible for the efficient and timely escalation of issues and with keeping customers informed of progress and/or resolution.
As part of a team, you will help to identify opportunities to improve our service, so that service levels and customer satisfaction is consistently high.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills appropriate to handle customer contacts through our email and telephone support channels. You will efficiently log and update all queries in our service management application to ensure that our service KPI's can be effectively tracked and managed. You will work consistently toward meeting or surpassing individual and team service levels, specifically those of timely resolution and quality of service.
