Job Description

Receiving calls and providing a good level of customer service, booking consignments on couriers’ system, updating inventory systems, booking deliveries with customers and other general office based duties.

Hours:
Full time - 10am to 6.30pm - Mon to Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The suitable candidate must be computer literate and have good telephone and organizational skills, must be well spoken. Experience in a similar role is required.
