Responsbilities
Place and process orders and invoices, as directed.
Check incoming stock deliveries and arrange for distribution and storage.
Arrange payment of invoices, including checking supplier statements, referring any issues to senior staff.
Where appropriate, maintain financial records and undertake financial administration.
Responsible for petty cash and banking of cash.
Enter income and expenditure on the finance system, as instructed
To undertake any other duties, commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required from time to time
Individuals in this role may also undertake some or all of the following:
Receive and record monies from pupils and parents/carers relating for example to school visits, uniform sales etc.
Undertake other administrative support duties, such as reception duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential - English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent. Essential - Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Essential - Excellent organizational skills. Essential - Knowledge and experience of using ICT including Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Essential - Ability to work in collaboration with other professionals and also able to work unsupervised. Essential - Ability to meet deadlines and work with accuracy. Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required).
