Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the co-ordination by proactively monitoring and validating referral to treatment pathways to ensure Access targets are met and patients are progressed efficiently through their pathways. You will have a good understanding of Referral to Treatment, pathway rules and awareness of the National 18 week Referral to Treatment policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising support staff and will be highly motivated with a flexible approach.
