We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator who will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely in-house payroll administration to join our team.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Punctually process your specified payroll whilst maintaining accuracy to the highest standard.
Vigilantly check the payroll before submission for review.
Maintain an organized system of outstanding and completed work to ensure that all key tasks are covered.
Ensure full adherence and compliance with all payroll processes and statutory legislation together with company and departmental regulations.
Communicating effectively with both internal customers and external auditors, pension advisors and other external bodies.
Ensure that month end and year end are completed within the required deadlines.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. We offer an annual bonus incentive, a company pension scheme, 2 x salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays). Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have some demonstrable payroll experience within a busy team, with a solid understanding of payroll processes, legislation and procedures. Experience of working alongside an external payroll processing provider would be beneficial.
