Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have some knowledge of payroll process. Knowledge of Payroll and Pensions covering applicable legislation. Strong customer service and able to provide customer focused advice and service in an operationally demanding environment. Good problem solving skills and able to identify errors/rejections. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work flexibly to meet deadlines and work demands and priorities. Approachable, helpful with an open communication style and able to foster a ‘can do’ attitude at all times. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams. Excellent organization skills. High levels of attention to detail & accuracy. Experience: Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
