Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Administrators/ Customer Service Advisors in Dudley & West Bromwich for a client of ours.

General Duties include -

  • Call Handling from the main switchboard and transferring to the relevant department.
  • Scheduling call backs and appointment making.
  • Taking customer queries.

All candidates must have a good telephone manner due to this being a phone based role.

Hours of work are 8am - 4:30pm

Monday - Friday
