Job Description
We are working with a fashion retailer who supplies clothing to blue-chip companies. They are now seeking an Administrator to assist the Sales Rep and Director.
Some of the duties will involve:
Imputing new orders
Chasing suppliers for updates and inputting into critical paths
Communicating with the customer and relaying information as needed
Sending Samples
Updating spreadsheets
Being the middle person between supplier and customer
Able to take control of the given accounts and manage their daily running’s
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to be proficient with excel, have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have office admin experience. The successful candidate needs to be able to work in a team and alone and a good eye for detail and fashion.
