As an Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the compost and wood recycling Office based in Wolverhampton.

Dealing with Site requests (Skip ex/ordering fuel etc)
Updating weighbridge information on the system as requested by sites
Weekly reporting
Purchase order processing
Receipting
Dealing with Purchase Queries
Month End process
Kpi's
Creating Sales Invoices
Dealing with Sales Queries
Dealing with emails
Keeping spreadsheets up to date and following processes ready for month end

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential: Excellent administration organizational skills with the ability to priorities work. Good communication skills with people of all levels. A good working IT knowledge & use of a range of Google suite documents. Organizational skills and ability to priorities work.
