Job Description
Be committed to the agency and interested in seeing it develop and improve.
Be prepared to speak up if you have concerns or opinions.
Be happy to act as a ‘go to’ person for issues with the systems within your remit.
Be able to translate business change vision into local “what’s in it for me scenarios” e.g. understanding the benefits of change and articulating them to colleagues.
Have an aptitude for working with IT based systems.
Be adaptable to evolving IT infrastructures.
Have the ability and willingness to learn, particularly IT products and their applications
Share your learning with others and act as a ‘go to’ person for issues within your remit is essential to the role
Act as an SME/Key stakeholder and participate in projects.
This role does not currently have management responsibility, however as the team develops this may be a future requirement of the role. Therefore, being willing to manage staff in the future and having experience of doing this is essential.
