Job Description

The post holder should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with experience of dealing with core software solutions. Experience in a similar role is preferred such as Application Support Administrator or Service Desk Analyst. You will be involved in testing of new software and applications and liaising with software suppliers in developing FAQ and training guides to provide hands on support and training to end users.
