Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting and driving through finance transformations across manufacturing sites for a modern busy FMCG business by investigating systems, material costs, labour costs, manufacturing processes and inventory.

You will work closely with factory site accounting teams as well as the central finance and transformation project teams to ensure that the changes create a template for other areas of the business.

You will be tasked with reviewing and creating financial processes and investigate and comment on operational, finance and systems. Knowing your way around ERP systems and comfortable pushing them to the limit, hopefully without finding a way to break it, will be ideal.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be an accountant, qualification isn't key, happy to hear from fully qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, part-qualified or qualified by experience. Manufacturing experience will be very useful.
